Anthropic2026-09-25 15:55:22Anthropic seeks founder voting control structure ahead of potential IPOAnthropic is seeking shareholder approval for a special share structure that would give CEO Dario Amodei and six other co-founders a combined 50.1% of the company’s voting power, according to The Information. The proposed arrangement is designed to preserve founder control after the company goes public. The structure would require at least three founders to continue holding a minimum stake in the company. The seven founders currently each own about 2% of Anthropic, and the new shares would not provide additional economic benefits. Their main effect would be to increase voting power rather than financial upside. At the same time, Anthropic’s Long-Term Benefit Trust would continue to elect most of the board. Founder board seats would rise from two to three, while employees would receive shares that can break tie votes on certain matters. The report also said Anthropic was valued at $96.5 billion in May and has recently reached roughly $1.5 trillion in the secondary market, with the proposed IPO expected to reference that latest valuation.410
Metaplanet2026-09-11 12:20:24Metaplanet resets Series 10 warrant conversion ratio and cancels 41% of related sharesMetaplanet has revised the terms tied to its Series 10 stock acquisition rights, according to a shareholder letter from CEO Simon Gerovich. The board decided to cancel 41% of the related shares and reset the warrant-to-share conversion ratio to its level before the company’s international offering in September 2025. Under the new structure, the ratio will change from a fixed 1:696 to 1:410. Metaplanet said the move removes more than $220 million in warrant value, cuts the number of related potential shares by 41%, reduces fully diluted share capital, and lifts fully diluted Bitcoin holdings per share by about 8.8%. The company also said all unvested warrants will face longer exercise restrictions, with one-third becoming exercisable in 2029, 2030, and 2031, while the previously agreed five-year lockup remains in place. In addition, Metaplanet will cancel 20% of warrants that had been earmarked for an employee incentive pool and work with a global compensation consultant on a new compensation incentive plan.1150
Wiwynn2026-09-01 06:38:31Wiwynn set for NT$2,615 ex-rights reference price as traders watch post-allotment share squeezeWiwynn Corp. (6669), an AI server maker, closed at the daily limit of NT$7,800 on Sept. 1, its last trading day before going ex-rights, marking a fresh record high. Based on a stock dividend allotment of about 1.98279 shares per share, the company’s ex-rights opening reference price for Sept. 2 is calculated at roughly NT$2,615, with the daily trading band set between NT$2,355 and NT$2,875. According to ABMedia, the newly allotted shares are not expected to reach shareholders’ accounts until late September to mid-October, leaving an approximately one-month gap in which only the old shares remain available for trading. That would reduce circulating tradable shares to about one-third of the original amount. The report compared Wiwynn’s setup with Century (5314), which completed a high stock allotment in mid-August and later saw a strong ex-rights recovery as limited tradable supply pushed prices higher. ABMedia noted, however, that the two companies differ sharply in market capitalization and institutional participation. Wiwynn’s post-ex-rights trading structure remains centered on professional institutions and foreign investors, and the pace of any rights-filling move will still depend on business fundamentals and institutional capital allocation.1070
